i think we’re responsible for our lives. in my opinion, fate and destiny is kind of a pessimistic (sometimes it can be romantic i.e. in movies) view of life; it sort of implies that we’re all puppets being guided by someone up there, to a predetermined path. what’s the point in doing anything at all if it’s all been figured out. i’d like to think that i make my own luck and pave my own way. i hate the thought of the future being already written…
